Mr. Filipov has extensive expertise in sourcing and developing large-scale investment projects, management consulting and M&A. During his career Nikola had worked on wide-range of mandates in both scope and sectors. Mr. Filipov started his carrier at “ELANA Fund Management” where he worked as a junior financial analyst. After a brief stay there he was approached by “Equity Watch Research Services”, where he started as a senior analyst. “Equity Watch Research Services” was a company that specialized in equity research of publicly traded companies in Bulgaria and Macedonia. After several years he became chief of the investment department of “Innovo Wealth Management”, a private equity fund investing in wide-range of sectors of the Bulgarian economy. At the moment Mr. Filipov holds the position of managing partner of “Innovo Investment Management” and member of the board of directors of “Sofia International Securities”. He is also chief economic analyst at EKIP, an economic think-thank.

Kamen Dikov is one of the founders of Ceres Agrigrowth Investment Fund. He helped the company grow to 77m euro business. Kamen is experienced in real estate finance, management consulting, capital markets and high-scale agricultural operations. Kamen holds a MSc diploma in “Mathematics” from Sofia University. He specialized “Business Administration” at University of Delaware – USA and also holds a diploma for executive education in “Agricultural Business Operations” from Harvard Business School.

Vladimir Sirkarov is an Investment Consultant at Innovo Investment Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics. His research primarily focuses on macroeconomics and monetary economics. Lecturer in the discipline “Business Valuation” and part of the author’s team of the textbook on finance and investments “Business Valuation”, Faber Publishing House, 2018. Mr. Sirkarov is an economic researcher at the Council for Economic and Public Policy at the University of National and World Economy. Owner and CEO of the consulting company Cadre Ltd.

Mihail Krastev is a Business Consultant at Innovo Investment Management. Ph.D. Candidate at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, with the main topic of his work: “Ethical aspects of Western capitalism in the first two decades of the XXI century.” Mr. Krastev is an economic researcher at the Council for Economic and Public Policies at the University of National and World Economy. Author of many articles, interviews and reports on economic, financial and political topics.

Kuzman Iliev is a Chief Economist at Innovo Investment Management. Ph.D. Candidate in economics at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics. His research interests focus on banking, monetary theory and financial economics. Lecturer in the discipline “Theory of Money” and author of the book “Who controls our money?”. Mr. Iliev is an economic and political researcher at the Council for Economic and Public Policies at the University of National and World Economy.
